Linda is the lead principal investigator of the Adaptive Silviculture for Climate Change (ASCC) Network, aimed at identifying adaptive management strategies for forests in the face of a changing climate. She also serves as a Professor and the Department Head of the Forest and Rangeland Stewardship Department at Colorado State University in Fort Collins, CO. Her areas of research include silviculture, vegetation responses to wildfire, habitat restoration, and developing adaptive silvicultural strategies in the context of environmental change.
