Sally is serving as a Climate Resource Assistant with the USDA Forest Service and NIACS. She has a background in urban forestry and focuses on environmental social science research, utilizing concepts like environmental justice, political ecology, and racial capitalism to examine the structural nature of environmental quality. Sally has a B.S. in Urban Forestry from Southern University and A&M College - Baton Rouge, LA, a M.S. in Forestry from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, and is currently a doctoral candidate in the Environmental and Natural Resources Program at The Ohio State University.
