Kennede works as a Biological Science Technician for the USDA Forest Service and the Northern Institute of Applied Climate Science. She holds a B.S. in Agricultural Science from Southern University and A&M College-Baton Rouge, LA, where she focused on animal science. Kennede is an awardee of the USDA 1890 National Scholars Program. When not at work, she enjoys spending time with her pets, creating
